Frøydis posted Léger's Ballet mécanique (1924), so go there and watch it!
Almost as good is Bauhaus' Triadisches Ballett composed by Oskar Schlemmer and first performed in 1922.
The concept of the individual shape's inner aesthetic is pulled to the extreme, where human shapes are made geometric, and then given human souls and movement, entirely deconstructed. Schlemmer thought the human shape was inferior to the geometric, and their movement in space could be applied to us, too.
If you're as bored and sleepless as I am, you might have time to watch this 1975 documentary about Bauhaus. There are five parts, follow the links on youtube to see the rest.
